Diving into Stillness
Join me for a weekly meditation journey throughout the sacred month of December, a time when we are invited to slow down, soften, and return to the mystery within. Although this season is often the busiest of the year, it is also the most powerful moment to honour the divine stillness of winter and rekindle our inner light.
Each Friday, we will gather for a nourishing and grounding meditation, entering a shared space of calm, presence, and deep reconnection.
