The Alchemical Year

In alignment with the seasonal cycles, I offer four bespoke Alchemical Programmes designed to attune participants to the interconnected relationship between the microcosm and the macrocosm. Rooted in the elemental forces of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire, these programmes explore both the inner landscape of the individual and the greater cosmic forces that surround and influence us.

Each programme is carefully crafted using unique and ancient healing modalities, alongside Hermetic teachings, practices, and tools that participants are invited to integrate into their own lives. These offerings are not simply educational experiences but living transmissions of wisdom intended to support personal transformation, self-inquiry, and spiritual development.

Drawing upon my background in the arts, performance practices, and academic research into ancient wisdom traditions, I bring together experiential learning with scholarly and esoteric perspectives. Participants are offered a rare opportunity to engage with the teachings, healing practices, and initiatory principles of the ancient mystery schools while also gaining insight into the broader intellectual, historical, and philosophical contexts from which these traditions emerge.

Creative and embodied practices, informed by my work in the arts and performance, are woven throughout the programmes. These approaches naturally intersect with mentoring, self-development, and transformational learning, creating a rich and multidimensional experience.

The programmes evolve from year to year in response to the rhythms of the cosmic cycle and the astrological themes that shape each season. Guest facilitators and practitioners may also join at different points, contributing their expertise in alignment with the energies and teachings being explored.
