Online Group Workshop (90min): A group immersion into the mythology, archetypes, and mysteries of water, exploring emotional intelligence, flow states, and the symbolic language of water across ancient traditions.
The workshop will explore the mysteries of water as a mirror of our subconscious and emotional life, the part of ourselves we often have the least conscious access to, yet which profoundly shapes how we feel, imagine, and create!
One way into these deeper waters is through the stories humanity has created around them: myths, archetypes, ancient cosmologies and magical beings associated with oceans, rivers, springs and the abyss.
These stories become a kind of symbolic language through which we can explore our own inner waters, their wisdom and inspiration, but also their fears, grief and pain.
Embracing our deep waters is essential to a joyful and flourishing life, but it requires balance. We can become so overwhelmed by our emotions that we lose our ability to navigate them, or shut them down altogether. But disconnecting from our inner waters also disconnects us from feeling, imagination, intuition and inspiration.
The invitation is to learn how to move through our waters without drowning in them or shutting them out.
The work is not to suppress the waters, nor to drown in them, but to learn how to move through them with greater awareness.
During the workshop, we will explore these themes together, there will be space for questions and discussion, and I will share a special ritual practice to work with during the lunar eclipse on 28 August.
