Week 1, The First Spark
In-person 1:1 Life Activation Energy Healing & Negative Emotional Cord Cutting (90min)
Reawaken your life force and clear old patterns that drain your energy and creativity. Many clients describe this as waking from a deep sleep, seeing their life and potential with clarity.
Week 2, Ignition
Online 1:1 Creative Mentoring Session (60min)

Week 3, The Flame
In-person Sanctuary Meditation Class in a small group setting (3h)

I’m Amanda.
I’m an artist and creative professional with over 15 years of experience working across the creative industries, and I am also an energy healer and teacher of Hermetics and metaphysics.
Working in both worlds has shown me something powerful: Creative energy and life-force energy are the same current.
In Hermetic philosophy this inner fire is the divine creative spark, the energy through which we imagine, create, and bring ideas into form.

Your journey unfolds through four powerful stages designed to awaken your creative energy, align you with your true self, and help you express your gifts with clarity and ease.
Stage 1, The First Spark
Life Activation and negative emotional cord cutting (In person – London or Zurich)
We begin by reconnecting you with your life force energy and with an energy cleanse negative emotional cord cutting session.
Life Activation is an ancient healing modality that clears energetic blocks and awakens your connection to your higher self, creativity, and purpose. Many people describe the experience as waking up from a deep sleep and suddenly seeing life with greater clarity and vitality.
During the session your energy field is balanced and aligned, helping release patterns that may be holding you back emotionally, mentally, or creatively. This process supports a renewed sense of direction, confidence, and inner strength.
For some the shift is immediate; for others it unfolds gradually over the following weeks as your system integrates the activation.
The session includes:

Stage 2, Ignition
Creative Mentoring (Online)
Once your energy begins to open, we move into creative alignment.
In this private 1:1 session we explore your authentic voice, creative identity, and personal vision. Together we identify what has been blocking your creative flow and introduce simple daily practices to help you build new habits of clarity, focus, and inspiration.
You’ll receive personalised tools designed for your unique needs, including short rituals, reflection exercises, and creative practices that help you reconnect with your intuition and move ideas into action.
These sessions support you in rediscovering the voice your soul wants to express.

Stage 3, The Flame
Sanctuary Meditation Training (In person – London or Zurich)
In this workshop you will learn Sanctuary Meditation, an ancient technique designed to strengthen your connection with your Higher Self.
Through this practice you create a personal inner sanctuary, a sacred space where you can receive guidance, access deeper clarity, and strengthen your intuition.
This method has been used for centuries to develop spiritual awareness and inner calm. It is simple, powerful, and suitable whether you are new to meditation or already experienced.
You will leave the workshop with a complete meditation practice you can continue at home, allowing you to access inspiration, guidance, and inner balance whenever you need it.

Stage 4, Embers
Creative Integration
The final stage is about anchoring the transformation.
In our second creative mentoring session we reflect on the shifts that have occurred and identify the practices that support you most. Together we create a clear path for the next phase of your creative and professional life.
You will leave with a personalised toolkit of practices, rituals, and systems to continue strengthening your creative flow over the following months.
Because the Life Activation continues integrating for up to three months, we will reconnect after about 12 weeks for a closing mentoring session to reflect on your progress and support the deeper unfolding of the work.
